Simply Carbon Fiber Lifetime Warranty 

At Simply Carbon Fiber, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. We stand behind the functionality and performance of our products, and if any parts or mechanics do not work correctly due to our fault, we will replace your product at no cost to you.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturer's Defects: This lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur for the lifetime of your purchase. If the item fails to function correctly due to manufacturing issues, we will take responsibility for replacing the product. When a replacement warranty product is issued, the remaining warranty of the original product is considered invalid. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your or anyone's device(s) as a result of the use of any Simply Carbon Fiber product. Our warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen items. 

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Abuse and Mishandling: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abusive or improper use of the item. Any non-manufacturer-induced damages or malfunctions resulting from mishandling are not covered.
  • Water Damage: The warranty does not extend to cover water damage.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We understand that regular use may cause minor wear and tear over time. Such normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
  • Batteries: The warranty does not include batteries. Battery replacements for items we have such as watches are the owner's responsibility.
  • Accidental Glass Damage: Accidental damage to our watches glass or crystal is not covered by this warranty.
  • Scratch Damage: This warranty does not cover scratches.
  • Theft: The warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

  • Proof of Purchase: To process any warranty claims, you must provide proof of purchase to our customer support agent by providing your order number.
    Please retain your original purchase email receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Contacting Customer Support: If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturer's defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team here.
