At Simply Carbon Fiber, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer easy returns to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Rest assured, there are NO RESTOCKING FEES involved!

Domestic Returns:

We offer FREE RETURNS for all domestic orders over $99. If your order value is $99 or more, you can enjoy the convenience of a prepaid printable return label provided within our portal. This means you can return any brand new product within 100-days of delivery and receive a full refund. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable for all returns. Any free item you receive during any promotional offer must be included in your return, A charge for the item will be deducted from your refund if it is not included in the return.

Enjoy stress-free returns for brand new products within 100-days of delivery on domestic orders under $99. Our streamlined process lets you print a prepaid return label effortlessly through our shipping portal. A return label fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund once we receive and process your items, ensuring a seamless experience. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns:

We also accept international returns through our return portal on  any brand new product within 100-days of delivery. However, for international returns, please note that you will need to purchase a shipping label at your local shipping center but still process the return through our portal. Once the return is initiated through our return portal, you can proceed with your preferred shipping carrier and provide us with the tracking details emailed to returns@simplycarbonfiber.com along with your RMA number in the subject line. We require that you retain the drop off receipt until the entire completion of the return and refund.

Please keep in mind that expedited shipping charges, initial shipping charges, and any shipping charges made in the return portal are non-refundable.  Any free item you receive during any promotional offer must be included in your return, A charge for the item will be deducted from your refund if it's not included in the return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Find your order number on your purchase confirmation email. The order number always starts with "#SCF"
  • Follow the steps in our return portal and generate a prepaid return label.
  • Prepare your package: Attach the return label to your package securely. If possible, use the same shipping package your order came in. Make sure to remove any previous labels.
  • Drop off your package: Take your return package to any facility designated by the carrier indicated on the return label. Your return will be on its way back to us.

Important reminders for your return process

  • Please ensure that you only return the Simply Carbon Fiber items listed on your provided return label. Exclude any non-Simply Carbon Fiber items from your return, as we will not be able to process or return these items to you, and they will be disposed of.
  • Please note that mystery items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns and refunds.
  • When initiating the return, be sure to choose the appropriate reason for return. This helps us ensure that your return is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered to our warehouse for processing. We'll work diligently to complete your return as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Alternatively, if you selected store credit, the refund will be processed accordingly.

How long does it take to process my return and refund?

  • Once you complete your return request, you will receive a printable pre-paid return label instantly.
  • After our warehouse receives your return and verifies that it complies with our returns policy, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method. Please note that payments may take up to 10 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Rest assured, returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping.
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method, or if you selected store credit, it will be processed accordingly.
  • Once the refund has been issued, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to reflect back on your credit card or Paypal account.
