US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer an easy return or exchange for any eligible products that are brand new, unused, and unopened for an equal or lesser value item for a store credit refund only within a 10-day period from the product's arrival. The return is offered for all customers worldwide.
Please take note that you are responsible for the shipping costs back to us. The initial shipping charges and priority processing fees are non-refundable or transferable to another order. A four-dollar restocking fee per product will be charged for any return or exchange. The restocking fee will be taken out of the amount to be returned to you via store credit only. You can use the store credit at any time as it does not have an expiration and you can use it to purchase any item on our website.
Any return label which is paid by the customer on the return/exchange portal and not printed due to any circumstances out of our control is simply not paid to us and we are not liable for the return fees lost. We are not liable for any duty fees for any product. By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge these terms and accept them by purchasing.
All on-sale items and discounted items (including items that are purchased using a discount code) are considered as a final sale and these items are not eligible for an exchange or return. (However, we sometimes provide exceptions depending on the situation). Wearable items are not eligible for exchange or return due to the coronavirus pandemic. This is a safety precaution for all, hence, there will be no exceptions. Mystery items are also considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We only offer store credit refunds, No refunds are provided back to the original payment methods. Once you initiate the return, the store credit refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Thank you.
