Does SIMPLY CARBON FIBER accept returns?

We will be pleased to return your order within 15 days of your purchase date. Please read our Return Policy below.

SIMPLY CARBON FIBER RETURN POLICY

Return Guidelines:

  1. Items returned within 15 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for refund. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
 2. The item has to be in its original packaging, Cannot be opened or tampered with. 
3. Item(s) have not been used, damaged, and are in the same condition as you received them in.4. Any item received by the customer with a manufacturer defect will be allowed to return for an exchange or refund within 15 days of notice.5.All sales are final if the item is purchased at a sale price, or by using a discount code.
Unfortunately, Drip Tips, Hats, SCF Screen Guards, SCF Eyewear Sunglasses & Knives are NOT eligible for exchange or return. This is due to the fact that they come into contact with bodily fluids or sweat which can cause health issues if restocked. We have no way of knowing for sure if this item has come into contact with bodily fluids or sweat once it leaves our establishment, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on these items.

Liability
  1. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:
    i) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of his/her party or
    ii) The fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your placement which we could not have predicted or avoided or
    iii) An event of circumstance which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care
    iv) The fault of anyone who is not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time.
    How to return an item:

    Before returning a package, simply e-mail us using the Contact Us page on our website with your reason and request a return authorization number. The buyer is responsible for the cost(s) to ship back the package. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box.
