We offer HASSLE-FREE returns and exchanges on all brand new orders worldwide

Any brand new, unopened product can be returned or exchanged for an equal or lesser value item for store credit only within a 10 day period from the products arrival. We offer easy returns for all of our customers worldwide. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. The initial shipping charges and priority processing fees are non-refundable or transferable. A four dollar restocking fee per product will be charged for any return or exchange which will be taken out of the amount to be returned to you via store credit only. The four dollar restocking fee applies to any return or exchange per item. Any return label which is paid by the customer on the return/exchange portal and not printed due to any circumstances out of our control is simply not paid to us and we are not liable for the return fees lost. We are not liable for any duty fees for any product. By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge these terms and accept them by purchasing. All on sale items, discounted items (including items which are purchased using a discount code) are final sale, No exchanges or returns. No exceptions. No exchanges or returns will be allowed on any wearable items due to the corona virus pandemic for safety precautions to all. Mystery items are final sale, no returns, refund or exchanges. We only offer store credit refunds, No refunds are back to the original payment methods. A refund or exchange via store credit may take up to 10 business days to be processed after arrival and then issued accordingly after we receive and inspect the item(s).
